control for the classroom

ConVA makes multi-media curriculum materials more accessible as an everyday classroom tool.

Without a myriad of different remote controls and complicated procedures, ConVA lets classroom presenters quickly and easily utilize all the audio and video assets available in the room.

Configured for the specific devices (projectors, document cameras, disc players, etc.) located in each classroom, ConVA unleashes the features of these devices to enable the best delivery of sight and sound the media has to offer.

ConVA unifies the AV assets deployed so that presenters can think of using these assets as an activity like "Watch Camera". For example, presenters simply click on the "Watch Camera" button and ConVA does the all the work to source the document camera image to the projector and students.

Then, ConVA guides the presenter to a set of further controls specific for an activity.  For example, while watching the document camera, the presenter can focus, flip and zoom the image with simple point and click ease.

Presenters can be completely mobile in the classroom and still control media assets using ConVA's wireless remote in "teacher" mode.  Presenters can switch sources ("Watch DVD") and control appropriate actions like Play, Skip and Rewind with a simple push of the key on their wireless remote.

ConVA automatically monitors and reports important system status indicators like projector lamp life and filter hours to help keep classroom media delivery systems working without hassle day after day.  Coupled with ConVA's Enterprise Control edition,  every classroom on campus can be controlled and monitored from a central location.  Learn more about ConVA's Enterprise Control here ...
